As an artist dealing with the life cycle of lines, I reference natural surfaces to engage my understanding of mark making. My love for patterns has stemmed from a long interest in logic, organization, and repetition and allows me to manipulate my visual experiences. I create using printmaking, drawing, textiles and photography as a means to explore elements between fluidity and structure and the engagement between synthetic and the "natural".
